The pressure guages on 'Peace' the steam engine that drives the looms at Queen Street Mill.

The 500 horsepower steam engine, Peace, was built and installed by William Roberts of Nelson in 1895 to power the looms at Queen Street Mill. The engine drives a 14 feet flywheel that runs at 68 rpm.
