Thomas Nutter's confectionary works were located on Bread Street. The horses and cart used to transport the product poses alongside the workers outside the factory. The premises opened c1890 and continued at the same site until sometime in the second half of the 20th century. The premises were later demolished to make way for the M65 motorway.
