Wycoller
Clapper Bridge has a distinctive style, comprising large stone slabs supported on piers. Bentley, ("Portrait of Wycoller". 1975), ranks it as 'one of the most interesting early bridges in England'. He suggests that it originally had two slabs, supported by a central pillar, but at some time in the 19th century, the slab on the hall side was split, resulting in there being three slabs and an extra pier.
