These apartments are built on the site of the Imperial Hydropathic Hotel which was built in 1909-10 on North Promenade, St. Annes and , in 1920, renamed The Majestic Hotel.

The Majestic was demolished in 1975.

In front of the apartments you can see the original, wall, archway and gatepost from the hotel.
