Heskin Hall
Eccleston
Lord Lilford
Construction started on the new hall in 1548, and it is one of the finest examples of Tudor architecture in Northeren England. A modern conference centre occupies the hall which is said to be haunted by The White Lady. The last people to occupy the hall as a home were Lord and Lady Lilford in the 1960's.
