Alice Greer reports on the opening of a new visual arts centre for the city. Lancaster's very own photographic and video community arts centre will finally open it's doors next week. After months of planning, building, waiting for Lottery funding and all round hard work, the Folly Pictures centre will officially start it's life on Castle Park in the city centre on Wednesday January 31.
