The registration of the vehicle parked is of a three letter/three number sequence which were in use after 1931 but before 1963.
When researching Barclays Bank, information on times and branches, I noted a great amount of new branches and employees in England in the early 1960s.
This would suggest that the photograph is from any time between 1960 - 1963.
