These two vases from a fitting compliment to the Rock Garden below, and end the sweet vista by their elevation, while marking the lines of the Rock Garden from above, and ornamenting the pathway itself.
The square pedestals are relieved by laurel wreaths, supporting graceful decorative bowls, that are filled with Nature's handiwork, in flowery plants.

Whatever the hand of man can do enhance the beauty of such a spot is entirely worth doing
