Accrington St John Ambulance Pipe Band returning from Oak Hill Park. This is probably the same occasion as image reference HAC-H01-T641-6912-1 of the Pipe Band in procession on Abbey Street returning from the unveiling of the Oak Hill Park War Memorial. The file copy cites the year as 1921; however, the Historic England website states that the Accrington War Memorial was unveiled on 1 July 1922.
