Meeting of the North-East Lancashire Automobile Club at Bank House home of Mr. Briggs-Bury, who was either their president or one of their vice-presidents. The photograph appeared in the Accrington Gazette for 18th July 1903 with details of who attended and their vehicles.

User feedback: 'It was the North East Lancashire Automobile Club until around 1907 when it changed its name to The Lancashire Automobile Club which is recognised as the second oldest motor club in Britain. The Club has a picture of the first meeting of the Club in June 1902 outside Blackburn Town Hall.'
