Steam Tram said to be the last working steam Tram in the country. Taking part in the 1928 Accrington Jubilee celebrations. Pictured passing the Co-Op building on Abbey Street. It was kept at the Haslingden tram shed and fitted with a snow plough for clearing operations in winter.
