This is the site of the Super Swimming Stadium, and this picture shows clearly how the land was reclaimed from the foreshore. The structure of the embankment can be seen, and workers are busily engaged in tipping Rabbit Hill into it. One part of the original sea wall is still visible at the back of the low-lying land behind the embankment.
