If the felted flat roof which is letting in rain at the Duke's Playhouse, Lancaster - which will cost an estimated £8,000 to repair - was reinforced by concrete, a 120 - seater cinema could be built on top, suggested Les Rigg, chairman of the Board of Directors, at Tuesday's meeting of the City council tourism and leisure committee.
