General notes
View looking South from Morecambe Bay of the Pier, Greens, Open Air Baths, Marine Hall, Bowling Greens and 9hole Pitch&Putt.
The overview of the town shows the original streets radiating from The Mount (at centre of photo) and beyond, the Fish Docks.
The River Wyre has on it's Western bank Fleetwood Power Station and beyond, ICI., the main employer at the time.
In the river at the entrance to the dock can be seen a submersible strip known as 'Tiger's Tail', to be avoided!!!
