A digital copy of the original image was donated to us by Mrs Anne Stevenson of Preston in Jun 2012. Anne tells us that image shows a horse-drawn float in ........" the Free Church Procession in1952. My mother, Doris Sullivan (nee Stuttard) is seen at the back of the float with two children facing the camera. They are my brother Peter Sullivan and myself Anne Sullivan (now Stevenson). We were in the procession with Orchard Methodist Church, which was where the inside market is now."
