The site of the level crossing of Skelmersdale railway on Ormskirk Road. The line ran from this piont through White Moss Crossing Halt, the main junction for the mineral lines from the various local collieries. From the Halt the line continued to Rainford Junction for Wigan and Prescot.
St. Richard's primary school on the left behind the iron fence. All weather football pitches are on the right.
