This is one of a series of aerial photographs taken by Mr Frank Lord of Lytham St Annes when he went up in a light aircraft in April 2010.

The image is taken looking northwestwards looking down the Royal Lytham and St Annes Golf Course and the Irish Sea. The Golf Club was founded in 1886. Albany Road, which becomes Church Road runs along the left of the image and Blackpool Tower can be seen in the distance on the far right.
