This is one of a series of aerial photographs taken by Mr Frank Lord of Lytham St Annes when he went up in a light aircraft in April 2010.

The nursing home is directly in front of the road (Clifton Drive North) and Dune Point is set further back from the road. The Thursby home was formerly the Thursby Convalescent Home for Children established in 1905 by Sir John O S Thursby. Dune Point is a recent development of luxury apartments
