User feedback: now allocated by travellers was fist owned by adan de chirche 1150 then de rishtons later and they held it until 1574 when their property was surrendered to the crown because they were catholic recusants owning money. A catholic priest lived here in 1550 called edward rishton the history of this site is extensive now in ruins' 07/07/2026
