View looking North/West of Rossall Public School & Grounds. Originally the home of (Sir) Peter Hesketh, the founder of Fleetwood. The school was founded in 1844 after initially leasing Rossall Hall from Sir Peter Hesketh-Fleetwood before purchasing it.
One of many well known people to have attended this school is Leslie Charteris, author/creator of the Simon Templar/The Saint.
