Taken from outside new Arndale Centre Cooperative Supermarket.
This block was demolished when Scotland New Road was built on the land where the public house stood.
Later the Trafalgar Mall was built to the left of the road.
The new Post Office was located in the Mall, facing out onto New Scotland Roads junction with Leeds Road.
