On the left, Albert Mill, run at the time by Dyson and Schofield Ltd. The mill was destroyed by a fire in 1972.
The houses were demolished in 1989.
Forest street runs along the edge of the mill
Morrison Supermaket Petrol Station was built on the land to the left of the image in 1990.
A Mosque and Calder Close were built at a similar time on the right of Clayton Street.
