Officially opened by HRH the Duke of Gloucester KG, KT on 5th February 1957. He is seated at the table whilst former police superintendent Joe Cook, President extends an official welcome. The building was later destroyed by fire. The gentleman with his head bowed at rear is Mr Hurst (founder).
