The photograph of the Rose Queen and her entourage was taken at the main entrance to Lytham Hospital.

The Lytham Hospital building was demolished in 2008, and in 2009 the Lytham Primary Care Centre builidng was opened on the old site.

This image was in the collections at St Annes Library but we don't know the source or details of the copyright holder. We'd be pleased to hear from anyone who has any information about the picture.
