One of the first vehicles in Skelmersdale outside the Railway public house. From the left, an unknown craft fitter at the Shoes factory who lived at 69 Sandy Lane, Mr. Simmons of Barnes Road, Driver Mr. Rawsthorne of Ormskirk Road, a participant in the carnival as a pantomime bobby on an imitation horse.
