General notes

Morecambe Corporation operated horse trams until 1926, being the last operator of such trams on mainland Britain. The tramway ran as far north as Bare, terminating outside the site of Happy Mount Park.

Plate cracked in top left corner.

Mr Eastwood had a Chemist shop in Lancaster, and took a selection of images around Morecambe on glass plates around the turn of the 20th century.
