At Bull bridge, before the erection of the Ambulance Drill hall, and property on the site of the old Mill dam. One of the viaduct piers rests in the mill dam. Pre-1904.
Edmund Hepple the Miller, at the time of the erection, as his mill had to be stepped on account of the emptying of the mill dam.
