South view of Higher Antley Hall, a 17th Century homestead, prior to the restoration of 1927. The Hall and Estate were purchased in 1735, as an endowment for Accrington Chapel, now St. James' Church. Purchased by James Foden in 1926, and restored and reconstructed in 1927.
