Young golfers at Marsden Park Golf Club. In the background can be seen the car park for the club. The Municipal Golf Course was officially opened on the 31st August 1968 as a nine hole course, but has since been expanded to 18 holes totalling 5989 yards and a par of 70. Ron Gillette was the first club professional.
