Photograph shows Cocker Hill Farm, Whitemoor Road, Foulridge, from above Hobstones House. Cocker Hill farm is the collection of buildings on the bend of Whitemoor Road. The slope to the right of Whitemoor Road is shown as a sandstone quarry on the 1st series 6" to the mile Ordnance Survey map from the 1840's. Just to the right of the harvested field can be seen one of the three air shafts for the Foulridge canal tunnel.
