The postcard is addressed to Mrs. Baines, Colne. The message reads: "Home tomorrow evening. Have asked Mr.Norris if he will leave our grocery order with you as the shop will be closed before we arrive. Had a glorious month. E.Bowker". The postcard is postmarked Knott End, Fleetwood, 9th August, 1935.
