Police Constable meets a few locals outside Clifton (Kirkham) Police Station.

After this image appeared in the Lytham St Annes Express, the library was informed that the Police Officer was probably PC Bill Stackhouse who later worked in Bury and Leyland. Another local resident also informed us that the names of other officers at the station before it moved to new premises were PC Collins, PC Wright and PC Russ Bell.
