General notes
Central Promenade in Morecambe, showing the pier, and the Queens Hotel on the right. Just visible behind the mast is the skeleton of The Tower, opened on 31st July 1909 but never completed, and removed in January 1918. The buildings beneath remained in use until 1961.
Mr Eastwood had a Chemist shop in Lancaster, and took a selection of images around Morecambe on glass plates around the turn of the 20th century.
