Photograph taken in May 1987 shows a view of Bocholt Way looking towards Cloughfold. The road was built on a section of the old Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway Line and runs from Rawtenstall Station to Cloughfold. The square building with the chimney in the centre left of the image is Ilex Mill, originally a textile mill which was converted into apartments.
