Lancaster Corporation Transport Tram No. 3 at the Scotforth Terminus. This tram was one of the first 10 cars ordered in 1903 from the Lancaster Wagon Company. They were all four wheel open top double deckers seating 42 passengers and had a 25 horsepower motor. The roof shown on this vehicle was fitted in 1911. The driver is Motorman Bill Gates. Lancaster Corporation Trams ceased to operate in 1930.
