View of the eastern end of Foulridge Upper Reservoir. A feeder reservoir for the Leeds and Liverpool Canal. Formerly known as Carrs Reservoir after the Carr family of Langroyd. Built in 1865. This photograph shows the eastern end of the reservoir beyond the casueway of Brown Hill Lane. Locally this part of the reservoir is known as Brown Hill Reservoir. Higher Clough Farm can be seen on the left of the photograph.
