General notes

On the first edition of the 1:2500 map this is shown as Old Laund Hall, which is grade II listed. The building dates from the Tudor period and in the 1950's was in a poor state. In the Civil War, the Robinsons of Old Laund supported the king and their estate was confiscated under the Commonwealth (1652). The slide is dated 1960.
