Stanier Class 5 44932 at Steamtown, Carnforth. Following the closure of the Cranforth Motive Power Depot by British Rail in 1968, Steamtown Railway Museum was established as a tourist attraction. Over time a large collection of steam engines was acquired. Although successful for many years the museum closed after the 1997 season.
