Tithebarn Street, Poulton
Poulton Le Fylde
Hackney Carriage heading West on street passed the old Tythe Barn after which the street is named.
The white building over the left shoulder of the man on the horse and cart was the actual Tithebarn and the two open doors allowed entrance to it. The barn itself was used as a joiners workshop prior to its demolition in the late 1960`s.
The building further along the street with what appears to be two people outside, was a small grocery shop called "Proctors" from at least the 1950s until its demolition in the late 1960s or early 1970s
