Children and carers in Marsden Park, Nelson. Once the home of the Walton family, Marsden Hall and park was bought by Nelson Corporation in 1912 for £6000. This photograph is taken just to the right of where the avaiary was next to Marsden Hall. The carved arches are characteristic of Marsden Park.
