Apart from the caption on the image, there is no definite information. The visitor to Blackpool is encouraged to visit the Bourne Arms in Knott End with its bowling green etc. As the Bolton Brewery of Magee & Marshall owned both the Bourne Arms and The Clarence, located near the then Central Station in Blackpool, as well as a string of other pubs, in the early 1900s, this is perhaps a promotional item. The Clarence offered music hall style entertainment. "Burnley Express" is stamped on the archive card.
