Mr W. Clifford Eastwood had a Chemist shop on St Nicholas Street in Lancaster, and took a selection of images around Morecambe on glass plates around the turn of the 20th century.

Some of the images show the local militia camped in the fields just beyond Bare Village, while others show the 1897 Jubilee celebrations. There are views of Morecambe and Heysham, as well as an unexpected view of Belfast City Hall and two ships at Harland and Wolff.
