According to the card they were in New York, London, Toronto, Ottawa, Kansas and Arlington, Washington.

George Lloyd Reilly Richardson (1847-1931) was Brigadier General of the Indian Army from 1904 until he retired from the Indian Army in 1908 and went on to command the Ulster Volunteer Force. He is presumably the third from the right. The local connection is that the 2nd Battalion of the East Lancashire Regiment served in Poona at this time, from 1903-07

The card was donated by Mrs. Bruce of Burnley.
