Low Moor is a hamlet which is part of Clitheroe, built around a mill (demolished inn 1967) and to house its workers. Built by the Ganett family. Low moor club stands as a unique monument to its industrial history, a mosaic above the entrance to the club which was dedicated by William Garnett to his parents memory.
