Elizabeth Stroyan (August 8th 1822 - February 21st 1902) was the wife of Reverend John Stroyan.

She was a founder and President of the Burnley Women's Liberal Association, founder of the Burnley branches of Young Women's Christian Association and the British Women's Temperance Association. She was a pioneer of Secondary education in Burnley. After her death in 1902, a memorial fund launched by the congregation of Bethesda Congregational Chapel was used to inaugurate the Stroyan prize, awarded to the top girl in the junior scholarship examinations. Stroyan Street, Burnley was named after her.
