William Roberts Phoenix Foundry, Nelson, Fly Wheel built for a Sheffield Rolling Mill, took a year to build, 25 ton 15ft diameter, to rotate at 120 revs per minute, taking 45 minuets to come to rest. So finely balanced it can be rotated with little effort by hand.
