The car park sign seen in the picture, points towards the Pedder Street car park of today.
The construction of the B5321 road changed the area.
The time is 1969, due to the show advert, the vehicles and the clothing choices.
Appears to be spring or summer, although I cannot confirm exactly, as I could not find any information for Tony Scott's show in the area.
