General notes

This photograph can be dated to around 1924 as you can clearly see one house is missing from the gable end. That end house partially collapsed without warning on 2nd February 1924. The occupant at the time (a Mrs James) was making a cup of tea in the kitchen when she heard a rumbling, a cupboard began to move, followed by the entire gable end collapsing. Mrs James was completely unscathed.
