Born 1848, died 29/01/1907. Son of William Waddington, Architect, became a partner in the firm of William Waddington & Son, Architects.
Architect of several churches in the area, including St Matthew, St John the Baptist and the Wesleyan Chapel in Manchester Road.
Founder and first secretary of the Burnley Literary and Scientific Club.
