Photo not found in British Newspaper Archive, but Towneley Amateurs lost 3-0 in the semi final of the Burnley Amateur Cup in 1914, BE 4/3/1914, so perhaps this team.
Players in the semi final were Walker, Gowers, Holdsworth, Whitney, Pollard, Pye, Fulton, Smith, Parkinson, Walker, Bell.
The report says that J. Walker “the Scottish Junior International was a brilliant custodian” for Towneley.
